Warranty Policy

  • The warranty period is valid in Malaysia starts from the date of product purchase (based on the warranty sticker). The Product may consist of several different parts and different parts maybe covered by a different warranty period (Hereinafter "Warranty Period") The Different Warranty Periods are subject to the period specific in individual product page.

  • This Warranty DOES NOT cover :

    • Expanded items including headset, memory card, cable housing and illegal software program ;
    • Third party software upgrade, alteration or any related software problem such as phone lock, sim lock or security lock ;
    • Damaged resulting from any unauthorized disassembly, service repair, alteration or modification being carried out; Mishandling, abuse, negligence, water damage or accident howsoever caused; Abnormal voltage / use not in accordance with the Operation Manual; Normal wear and tear.
  • This warranty shall be null and void in the event that the serial number and warranty sticker on the product have been altered, tampered or removed.

  • Service centre are not responsible for the collection and subsequent delivery of the product to the owner and not responsible for any scratch on handset, housing and cover when repair carried out

  • For warranty to be valid, warranty card has to be completed and stamped by dealer or register online. All claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase (Invoice or receipt). Servce centre reserve the right to refuse warranty if the above documents is not available.
